WAGGA WAGGA BUSINESS CHAMBER OUT OF HOURS

THE BUSINESS "OUT OF HOURS" EVENTS

The Wagga Wagga Business Chamber ‘After Hours’ event series has proven to be so popular with both sponsors and members, that we have doubled the opportunities for hosting.

‘Out of Hour’ now has two levels – ‘Before Hours’ and ‘After Hours’. Each of these events brings the local business community together for a fun, informal meet n’ greet and are a fantastic opportunity for host businesses to directly showcase their strengths and promote their contributions to the region to a variety of local businesses, both big and small.
Each event is hosted by a Chamber member business and receives support from the Chamber in the planning, organisation and promotion of the event.

After Hours events are awarded via an Expression of Interest and are prioritised for sponsors. With limited events available, the option of co-hosting an event with another business should be considered.

AFTER HOURS MONTHLY EVENT

Generally held each month on a Wednesday evening from 5:30 pm to 7 pm, recent After Hours hosts have informed and entertained 100-150 Members and guests.

The evening events include bar and catering (a guide will be provided by the Chamber), introduction from Chamber with acknowledgement of special guests and sponsors and a presentation from the host organisation.

BEFORE HOURS MONTHLY EVENT

Providing a more intimate and targeted event, the Before Hours event will be held on a Tuesday morning from 7 am to 9 am with a maximum of 30 members (not available to non-members) and will include a cooked breakfast.

Hosts for Out of Hours events will be responsible for venue and catering costs plus an event co-ordination fee payable to the Wagga Wagga Business Chamber

Due to the popularity of this series, we cannot guarantee that all businesses who submit an EOI will be promised a date in our 2016 calendar.
